Jive Software Acquired By Aurea For $462M
Campbell, California-based Jive Software is now officially part of Aurea, the two said this morning, after Aurea completed its $462M, all-cash deal for Jive, a maker of enterprise collaboration software. Aurea, which is backed by ESW Capital LLC and affiliate Wave Systems, said it paid $5.25 per share in cash for Jive.
