CPI International Acquired By Odyssey Investment Partners
Palo Alto-based CPI International, a manufacturer of electronic components and subsystems for the communications and defense markets, has been acquired by Odyssey Investment Partners, the two said on Wednesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The two said that CPI had $495M in annual sales in its fiscal 2016, and has approximately 1,900 employees. CPI had been owned by Veritas Capital.
