Accept Software Acquired By Artemis International
Santa Clara-based Accept Software, a developer of collaborative product planning software, has been acquired by Artemis International, a fellow developer of project and portfolio management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Accept Software was led by John Hamm, and was backed by StarVest Partners, Jefferson Partners, The Entrepreneurs' Fund, and others.
