Leap Motion Jumps On $50M More

Leap Motion
, which develops motion tracking technology used for interacting with virtual and augmented reality environments, has raised $50M in a Series C funding. The funding was led by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. As part of the funding, Lawrence Unrein, who serves as Global Head of J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Private Equity Group, joins Leap Motion's board. Leap Motion is led by CEO and co-founder Michael Buckwald. Leap Motion has now raised around $92.75M in funding.
