Logitech Completes ASTRO Gaming Acquisition
Newark, California-based Logitech said late Friday that it has completed its acquisition of European console gaming accessory maker ASTRO Gaming. The deal had been announced in July. ASTRO Gaming is a maker of headsets used by both professional gamers and gaming enthusiasts. Financial details of the buy were not announced.
