Plantronics, Logitech Drop Merger Discussions
Santa Cruz-based Plantronics, which makes headsets, voice, and other products, and fellow computer accessory maker Logitech said late Sunday that the two are no longer in ongoing discussions over an acquisition. The two had been reported to have been brewing an acquisition deal over the weekend. The two said that Logitech had approached Plantronics regarding a potential acquisition, but those discussions ended this weekend.
