SchoolMint Acquired By Hero K12
San Francisco-based SchoolMint, a developer of student enrollment software for school districts, charter schools, private schools, and other educational institutions, has been acquired by Hero K12, a fellow developer of educational technology. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Herto K12 is owned by private equity investor BV Investment Partners. Hero K12 said that both brands will continue their presence in the marketplace. Jinal Jhaveri is co-founder and CEO of SchoolMint.
