Course Hero Finds $15M
Redwood City-based Course Hero, which allow users to find class notes and other information from other high school and college students, has raised $15M in a funding round, the company said today. The funding was led by GSV Capital and IDG Capital, and also included SV Angel and Maveron. The company lets students buy class notes from other--more studious--classmates, as well as get access to tutors and other educational resources. The company is led by Andrew Grauer.
