Bidgely Finds $27M
Mountain View-based Bidgely, a developer of artificial intelligence software for the utility and energy market, has raised $27M in a Series C funding, the company said today. The funding came from Georgian Partners, and also included Khosla Ventures, E.On and Innogy. The startup, founded by Abhay Gupta and Vivek Garaud, says it develops consumer-friendly web and mobile applications which encourage customers to save energy and help utilities build a relationship with their customers.
