Bidgely Lands $3M To Help Spur Energy Savings

, a developer of energy analytics software used to help consumers better understand their energy usage on an appliance-by-appliance level, said last week that it raised $3M in a Series A funding. The funding came from Khosla Ventures. Bidgely allows utilities to help their residential customers by giving those customers specific, actionable insights into how to reduce their electricity bills via its software. Bidgely says its uses smart meters and home area network gateways to power its service.
