Thomas H. Lee Partners
said on Thursday that it is acquiring San Mateo-based
Alfresco Software
, which develops business process automation and content management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Alfresco was founded in 2005. Alfresco had been led by CEO Doug Dennerline. Alfresco was advised by RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the deal; THL was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
