Eventbrite, a developer of software helped to manage live events, sell tickets, and manage other aspects of those events, has filed for an IPO. According to the company's S-1 filing, Eventbrite is looking to raise up to $200M in its IPO. Eventbrite has applied to trade on the New York Stock Exchange as EB. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company LLC, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Stifel. Eventbrite's largest institutional investors are Tiger Global (21.3% of the company before IPO), Sequoia Capital (20.3%), and T. Rowe Price (6.3%).
