CaseloadPRO Acquired By Tyler Technologies
Modesto-based CaseloadPRO, a developer of software that is used by probation and parole departmenst to manage their services, has been acquired by Plano, Texas-based Tyler Technologies. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. According to Tyler Technologies, the buy will enhance its courts and justice offerings for probation and parole departments across the country. CaseloadPRO was founded in 2009, with headquarters in Modesto, California, and had 16 employees; those employees are expected to all join Tyler's Courts & Justice Division. Tyler Technologies is a major supplier of software to government agencies.
