, a developer of "event data" software, said this morning that it has raised a round of funding, from

Microsoft
's venture fund. Size of the funding was not announced. Interana is developing software to manage "event data" around customers and their actions. Interana also said it has earned "Microsoft Co-Sell" status which will allow it to engage in strategic joint sales with Microsoft. Interana's CEO is Gregory Smirin.
