LinkedIn Buys Glint
Sunnyvale-based LinkedIn said on Monday that it ha acquired Glint, a developer of employee engagement software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Glint is based in Redwood City, and also has offices in London and Lincoln, Nebraska. Glit's software is used by human resources departments measure the happiness of their employees. Jim Barnett, CEO and founder of Glint, joins LnkedIn as part of the acquisition.
