Glint Applies AI To HR With $27M Funding

Glint
, a developer of artificial intelligence software being applied to measure and improve employee happiness and engagement at work, has raised $27M in a Series C funding. The funding was led by Meritech Capital Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, and also included Norwest Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures. The company says it has now raised $50M in total. Glint, led by Jim Barnett, uses AI software to help identify employee unhappiness, and help suggest improvements.
