A number of assets of
Airware, the defunct, San Francisco developer of commercial drone software, have gone to French commercial drone supplier
Delair. Delair said it acquired "key" assets of Airware including its software, an engineering and "customer success" team in Paris, plus its customers and dealers. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Delair said that, in particular, Redbird, the software development operation based in Paris that was acquired by Airware in 2016, will be integrated into its engineering and customer success operations.
