San Francisco-based
Dropbox announced today that it has acquired e-signature provider
HelloSign, in a deal worth $230M in cash. According to Dropbox, HelloSign currently has more than 80,000 customers of its e-signature and document workflow software. HelloSign's co-founder and CEO is Joseph Walla; HelloSign was venture backed by such investors as Foundry Group, US Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Zach Coelius, Keith Rabois, Joshua Reeves, Paul Buchheit, and Webb Investment Networks.
