San Francisco-based
HelloSign, a developer of electronic signature software, said today that it has raised $16M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Foundry Group and Zach Coelius, and also included US Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Keith Rabois, Joshua Reeves, Paul Buchheit, and Webb Investment Networks. Foundry Group's Ryan McIntyre joins the company's board of directors with the funding. Joseph Walla is CEO and Co-founder of HelloSign.
