Canesta Raises $5M From Honda
Sunnyvale-based Canesta is reporting this morning that it has received more than $5M in strategic investments from Honda Motor Co. Ltd. Canesta is developing automotive safety applications based on 3D chip technology for sensing distances. The firm's low cost sensors are targeted for advanced safety systems in motor vehicles.
