San Francisco-based Quantcast, which is developing web traffic measurement and rating systems, has quietly raised a round of venture capital from The Founders Fund and Revolution Ventures, silicontap.com has learned. No details of the funding were available. Revolution Ventures now includes Quantcast on its web site and indicated the Founders Fund also participated in the round.
