San Francisco-based Quantcast said earlier this week that it has acquired Struq, a London-based provider of creative optimization and retargeting technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Quantcast said that Struq becomes part of its Quantcast Advertise unit. Quantcast offers up real time advertising technology.
