Yahoo Names New Board Member
Sunnyvale-based Yahoo announced Thursday that it has named Sue James to the firm's board of directors. James previously served at Ernst & Young, where she was for 35 years, and also sits on the boards of Applied Materials and Coherent. Yahoo said that James will also become Chair of the board's Audit Committee.
