VirtualLogix Lands $16M
Sunnyvale-based VirtualLogix, a company developing real-time virtualization software for the embedded software market, said today that it has raised $16M in a Series B funding round. The round came from Esprit Capital partners, which led the round, along with new investor Intel Capital. Existing investors Atlas Venture and Index Ventures also participated in the round of financing. Tom Bradley of Esprit has joined the board; John Mascarenas from Intel has joined the board as an observer. The round brings the company's total raised to $28M.
