VirtualLogix Gets New Funding
Sunnyvale-based VirtualLogix, a developer of embedded virtualization software for the mobile phone market, said this week that it has raised a new round of funding from Progression Partners, Atlas Venture, Index Ventures, DFJ Esprit, Intel capital, Motorola Ventures, and Texas Instruments. Amount of the funding was not disclosed, however, a recent regulatory filing indicates the firm recently raised $1.28M out of a $2.1M equity funding. VirtualLogix develops real-time, virtualization software which allows multiple operating systems to run on embedded and wireless devices.
