Kaboodle Acquired By Hearst
Santa Clara-based online shopping recommendations firm Kaboodle is reported being acquired by Hearst Corp., the Wall Street Journal is reporting. Financial terms have not yet been announced. Kaboodle operates an online site that allows users to tag products and share reviews and ratings; the firm is venture funded by Alpha Group, Garage Technology Ventures, and Shea Ventures.
