Kaboodle Merges With StyleSpot
San Mateo-based social shopping site Kaboodle said Friday that it has merged with StyleSpot, an online fashion publisher and shopping site. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kaboodle, which is a subsidiary of Hearst Corporation, said that both sites will continue to operate as individual websites.
