Agilent Acquires NetworkFab
Santa Clara-based Agilent said Monday that it has acquired NetworkFab, a firm that designs and builds signal intelligence, communications, and jammer systems for the U.S. military. Financial terms were not disclosed. Agilent said that NetworkFab will become part of the company's Signal Networks Division, a newly formed division focused on aerospace and defense. NetworkFab was founded in 2000.
