2Wire Acquires Kenati Technologies
San Jose-based 2Wire, a provider of broadband software and hardware for the triple play market, said today it has acquired Campbell-based Kenati Technologies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. 2wire said that it will hire Kenati's team of software developers in Silicon Valley and Pune, India as part of the deal. 2Wire is a provider of networking software and hardware used for set-top boxes, residential gateways, and other communications equipment.
