Palo Alto-based HP said this morning that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NUR Macroprinter Ltd., a manufacturer of industrial wide-format digital inkjet printers. The asset deal is worth $117.5M. Israeli-based NUR develops uV-curable and solvent inkjet printers used for billboard and commercial printing. According to HP, the firm will become part of its Large Format Printing Business within the company’s Imaging and Printing Group.
