Everdream Acquisition By Dell Completes
Computer giant Dell's acquisition of Fremont-based Everdream has completed, Dell said Thursday. Financial terms of the previously announced deal were not disclosed. Everdream was venture backed by Canaan Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Rho Ventures, Portage Venture Partners and New World Ventures; the firm had raised over $110M in venture capital. Everdream provided software-as-a-service for remote service management.
