Everdream Acquired By Dell
Fremont-based Everdream, a provider of software-as-a-service for remote service management, has been acquired by computer maker Dell. Round Rock, Texas-based Dell said Thursday afternoon that it would acquire Everdream as part of a strategy to simplify IT environments. Financial terms were not disclosed. Everdream was founded in 1998, and was venture backed by Canaan Partners, Rho Capital Partners, New World Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and Portage Venture Partners.
