Coupa Software Buys Riskopy
San Mateo-based Coupa Software has acquired Riskopy, a developer of analytics engines used for financial analysis of companies. Financial terms of the asset acquisition were not announced Coupa said the deal will help it add 3rd party supplier risk data into a profile score, using information such as court filings, corporate filings, news, and more. Riskopy was founded by Ahmad Sadeddin.
