Cyrium Technologies Takes $15M For Photovoltaics Technology
Sunnyvale- and Ottawa, Canada-based Cyrium Technologies, which develops high efficiency, multi-junctional solar cells, said today that it has raised $15M in a Series B funding round. The round came from The Quercus Trust, and also included funding from BDC Venture Capital, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital, and Pangaea Ventures Ltd. Cyrium is developing solar cells targeted at utility-scale, photovoltaic concentrators.
