Cisco Completes Pure Networks Buy
San Jose-based Cisco said Tuesday afternoon that it has completed its buy of Pure Networks, a developer of home networking management software and tools. According to Cisco, Pure Networks will be integrated into its Linksys division. Cisco had said it would buy Pure Networks in July for $120M. Pure Networks' software is used for managing and setting up home networks.
