Yahoo Sued By DivX
Yahoo! has been sued by video encoding/decoding firm DivX, over breach of contract. According to DivX, Yahoo notified the firm that it intends to breach a two-year advertising services agreement with DivX. As a result, DivX said it has filed suite in the California Superior Court in Santa Clara County, seeking damages from Yahoo! and specific performance under the agreement.
