San Francisco-based Eye-Fi, which develops a wireless memory card for digital cameras, announced this morning that it has developed a new iPhone application. According to the firm, the new application--which is not yet available--will allow its users to send photos taken on the iPhone and with digital cameras to social networking and photo sharing sites. The firm said it will preview the app at Macworld, but did not give a release date. Eye-Fi is venture backed by LMS Capital, Opus Capital, Shasta Ventures and TransLink Capital.
