Slide Launches iPhone App
San Francisco-based Slide said Monday that it has launched a new application for the iPhone, Top Friends. According to Slide, the new software combines Facebook Connect with the original features of its Top Friends application. Among features of the iPhone app are real-time geotagging, syncing with an iPhone address book, and sharing of status updates and other information directly with Facebook news fees. Slide is venture backed by Mayfield Fund, Blue Run Ventures, Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund.
