BlueRoads Acquisition Completes
San Mateo-based BlueRoads, a developer of sales and marketing software for managing channel sales, has officially become part of Redmond, Washington-based CSG Openline. According to CSG Openline, the acquisition completed last week. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced. BlueRoads was venture backed by ZenShin Capital, ArrowPath Venture Capital, Cardinal Venture Capital and El Dorado Ventures. The firm last raised a $6M, Series E funding in June of 2008.
