MMA Renewable Ventures Acquired By Fotowatio
San Francisco-based MMA Renewable Ventures, a firm developing solar power projects, is being acquired by Spanish firm Fotowatio. Fotowatio said Monday that it would buy the core US solar power assets of MMA Renewable Ventures, which is a subsidiary of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MMA Renewable Ventures is developing solar arrays at Nellis Air Force Base, Denver International Airport, and elsewhere.
