Mountain View-based Ooyala, which provides video hosting services and software, reported today that it has named Jay Fulcher as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO and founder Bismarck Lepe becomes President of Product Strategy. Fulcher joins from Agile Software, where he was President and CEO until its acquisition by Oracle. Fulcher has also served at PeopleSoft, Red Pepper Software, and SAP.
