Informatica Buys Agent Logic
Redwood City-based Informatica announced today that it has acquired Agent Logic, a developer of software for enterprise event processing. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Informatica said that Agent Logic's customers include U.S. national security agencies, and is used for maritime domain awareness, geospatial tracking and battlespace command and control; the firm's commercial business includes use for controlling corporate credit card programs, and travel and expense policies.
