Ooma, which develops Voice-over-IP hardware for consumers, has raised $18.3M in a fourth round of funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. According to
reports, the funding was led by Worldview Partners, and also included Founders Fund, TD Fund, and WI Harper. The funding brings the company's total raised to $51.3M
