Symmetricom Sells Product Line to Cheetah Technologies
San Jose-based Symmetricom, a developer of timing products, said this morning that it is in a definitive agreement to sell the assets of its Video Quality of Experience (QoE) business to Cheetah Technologies L.P. The deal is worth $2.25M in cash. Symmetricom's said that Cheetah will also hire on the majority of its current QoE team.
