Capella Photonics Gets $5.0M
San Jose-based Capella Photonics, a developer of optical networking hardware for the metro and long haul communications market, has raised $5.0M in a debt financing round, according to a recent regulatory filing by the firm. Source of the funding was not disclosed. According to the filing, the firm is looking to raise $6.9M in the round.
