Facebook Plans Seattle Office
Palo Alto-based Facebook is opening up a new engineering office in Seattle, according to Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn. According to the major's office, it is looking for space to accommodate up to 30 employees over the next year. In a statement, Mike Schroepfer, VP of Engineering for Facebook, said that Seattle has a "extremely deep technical talent pool as well as a high quality of life," ideal for an engineering office.
