Yahoo Adds Board Members
Sunnyvale-based Yahoo said today that it has added Brad Smith, the President and CEO of Intuit, and Patti Hart, CEO of International Game Technology (IGT) to its board. The two were elected as part of its annual shareholder meeting. Smith has been president and CEO of Intuit since 2008, and has been at that firm since 2003. Hart has been CEO of IGT since April of 2009, and has also been at Pinnacle Systems and Excite@Home, serving as Chairman and CEO at both firms. She also was at Korn/Ferry International, Inc., Lin TV Corporation, Plantronics, Inc. and Spansion LLC.
