Joyent Raises $15M More
San Francisco-based Joyent, a developer of cloud computing services, said today that it has raised $15M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Intel Capital, and also included Greycroft Partners and Liberty Global. Joyent said it now operates five data centers, in China; Andover, Mass.; Everyville; San Diego; and Dallas. The firm offers virtual machines and other cloud computing services.
