Kabam, a developer of social games, said today that it has acquired fellow social games developer
WonderHill, which is based in San Francisco. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Kabam is developer of the game Kingdoms of Camelot; WonderHill is the developer of Dragons of Atlantis, Tattoo City, and GreenSpot. Kabam said it would add approximately 25 developers to the firm, with WonderHill becoming the firm's San Francisco studio. WonderHill founders James Currier and Stan Chudnovsky will become advisors to the firm. WonderHill had been venture backed by Charles River Ventures and Shasta Ventures.
