DemandTec Buys Retail Software Developer
San Mateo-based DemandTec said this week that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Applied Intelligence Solutions, a developer of software for retailers. AIS develops software used to manage markdowns and clearances. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
